By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order =)

Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are negotiate (at least+100% base price). My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with Credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.

AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.

Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.

You receive 2 free revisions. Please provide all feedback at the sketch stage.

All payments are upfront in full through the agreed platform. or half-and-half payments depending on the amount.

Payments to proposals should be paid fully within 1 week or will be declined.

Revisions are only available during the sketch phase. Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error on my part. Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.

I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.

After the sketch is approved there Will be no refunds, If refunded at the sketch stage, you Will only receive a 75% refund

Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.

Filing a chargeback will:

Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.

Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence).

Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.

Result in a formal complaint against you.

You may:

Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless commercial rights are negotiate, +100% base price).

Print the art for yourself.

Post it on Social Media with credit to me "@yandrawszz on IG' or "@yan_dzz on X"

You may NOT:

Use the artwork commercially without permission.

Commission art/services using my Design/Work.

Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.

Remove signatures/watermarks.

Resell or redistribute the artwork.

Modify the artwork without my consent.

Use artwork purchased for Personal Use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects. (unless commercial rights are negotiate, +100% base price).

Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence).

The blacklist may be shared with other artists.
